Why?

Why does everyone want me to buy a house? I don't understand whats wrong staying in a rented house? I think it's a bit early for me to buy a house. Damn, I'm just 24. Dreams of a own house should be there....I don't deny...but at the cost my enjoyment? Never.....Anyways the real estate industry has decided to prevent the common man away from buying his own house.Whats the whole point in losing more than half your salary in EMIs? I don't understand the funda here. Anyways....as I have always done, I would stick to my decision....First CAR....then house.
